“Beginners” Morning Matcha Elixir

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Water
 1 cup Almond Creamer or Coconut Creamer (you can also use these milks)
 1.50 tsp Matcha Powder (Culinary Grade) I use Zen Spirit Foods
 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
 1 tsp honey (optional if you want it to be sweeter)

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a kettle.

Bring one cup of creamer/milk (almond or coconut taste great) to a boil on the stove top.

In a high-speed blender, add boiling water and matcha powder. Mix on low until the powder is absorbed.

Once absorbed, add Collagen, honey and mix.

**you can add MCT Oil here if you want to get fancy

Add in the hot creamer/milk last and mix. You will see a foam start to develop (it's the best). Once foamy and well combined you know it is ready.
