 ½ cup Frozen Avocado Chunks (or 1/2 small/medium avocado)
 1 Date
 1 cup Nut Milk
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 Scoop Collagen/Protein Powder (1-2 Tbsp)
 1 Serving OM Mushrooms Beauty Organic Powder (1 tsp)
 Berries, Peanut Butter, Granola for topping
