Creamy Avocado Black Bean Dip

 1 Container Black Beans (13 oz)
 ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ½ tsp Minced Garlic
 1 Ripe Avocado
 ½ Lime, Squeezed for Fresh Juice (lemon also works)
 Sea Salt to Taste
 Fresh cut vegetables and tortilla chips for dipping!

Drain and rinse black beans in cold water. Set aside.

In a food processor or blender, add black beans, ripe avocado, minced garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh lime juice. Pulse on high until well combined. It takes up to 5 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, fresh-cut vegetables and sprinkle with microgreens.
