Healthy Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Muffins

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla into a large mixing bowl and combine well.
Add in coconut sugar, baking soda, and flour. Keep mixing until smooth batter forms. Add in chocolate chips and mix them in.
Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil spray and evenly distribute batter in each spot. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 minutes!
