Boil 2 cups of peas - you’ll know they are done when they float to the top.
Drain peas and place in a food processor.Add in 1 glove garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp of whole milk. Mix well.
Add in 1/4 C grated cheese and grind in some black pepper. Keep mixing until smooth with a few chunks (how I like it) or keep mixing until totally smooth and pour over your fave pasta! Enjoy!
