Healthy French Toast

 4 Eggs
 ½ cup Almond MIlk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 5 Slices of Bread (of your choice)

Mix all ingredients together and whisk well. Soak bread in the mixture for a few minutes.

Heat up coconut oil spray in a pan for 1 minute. Cook soaked bread in the pan for 2-23 minutes per side. You can cook for less time or longer depending on how you like your french toast.

Top with maple syrup, nut butter, and berries!
