
Make coffee according to your normal method. Pour over, drip, and keurig/espresso all work just fine.
Heat up 1 C of milk in a microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.
In a blender, add coffee, 1/2 the hot milk, peppermint, and Health Warrior Chocolate Superfood Protein Powder. Blend well and low for 15 seconds.
Froth the second half of milk in a frother. Pour coffee mixture into a mug and then the frothed milk on top.
Sprinkle cinnamon and chocolate sprinkles on top! Enjoy!
