Mama’s Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

This recipe is by my mom.

Potatoes

 2 Bags of small round potatoes
 ¼ cup Olive oil
 Kosher Salt. Pepper, Dried Rosemary to taste
 1 tbsp Honey

Preheat oven (convention) to 375 or regular oven 400.

Wash potatoes and cut each one in half. Coat evenly with olive oil and honey in a large bowl.

Add in seasoning to taste and TOSS well. You want the seasoning to be even on the potatoes.

Place potatoes in shallow roasting pan. Bake 1.5 hours. Check after 1 hour you may have to toss them.
