 ¾ cup Almond Milk
 2 Handfuls of Spinach
 ½ a Frozen Avocado
 ½ a Frozen Banana
 ½ cup Frozen Mango
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
 Ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth!
