 1 Egg
 1 Mashed Banana
 ½ cup Almond Butter (Creamy, Drippy)
 ¼ cup Maple Syrup
 1 tbsp Vanilla
 1 cup Almond Flour
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
 More cinnamon and walnuts for toppings (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Add in egg, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Add in almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine well again.

Lastly, add in chopped walnuts. Grease a mini loaf pan with coconut oil and evenly distribute batter among in the spots.

Sprinkle more walnuts and cinnamon on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
