Peanut Butter Blueberry Energy Bites

 ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
 ½ tsp Vanilla
 ¼ cup Honey
 3 tbsp Oat Flour
 2 tbsp Quick/Instant Oats
 Handful of Blueberries

Add peanut butter, vanilla, and honey into a mixing bowl. Combine well.

Add in oat flour and oats. Mix well again. Use a spatula to smooth it all out. It should feel like thick cookie dough. ⁣

Toss in blueberries and carefully mix them into the batter. ⁣

Spoon out TBSP size balls of batter. Make sure to get blueberries in there! Roll in your palms and place on a plate. Repeat until you are finished the batter. Makes 8-10 bites. Option to sprinkle with some extra instant oats!⁣

Place in the freezer for 20 minutes before enjoying. Store in the fridge for a softer consistency and freezer for a harder one. ⁣Enjoy!
