Mash banana very well and set aside.
Fill a 12 ounce mason jar with almond milk. Add in mashed banana and mix it up.
Add in cinnamon, vanilla extract and protein powder to the jar and mix again.
Lastly, add oats in and mix well again. Store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day with your favorite toppings - I love berries and nut butter.
