Sourdough Burrata Toast

 2 Slices of Sourdough Toast
 ½ cup Sliced Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
 1 Ball of Buratta Cheese
 Fresh Basil to Taste
 Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze
 Olive Oil (for cooking tomatoes and for drizzling on toast)
 Salt and Pepper to Taste

Sauté sliced grape/cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper for about 10 mins until they are completely cooked and broken up.


In the meantime, toast 2 slices of sourdough and drizzle with olive oil.


Cut a ball burrata in half and flatten on top of each piece of toast.


Add sautéed tomatoes on top of the burrata .


Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil, salt and pepper⁣! Enjoy!
