Spicy Peanut Curry Sauce

Yields1 Serving

  cup Organic Vegetable Stock (Or bone broth Or water if you have neither)
  cup Natural Peanut Butter (Creamy & Runny is best)
 2 tbsp GF Soy Sauce (Tamari) Or Coconut Aminos Or Regular Soy Sauec
 2 tsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
 2.00 tbsp Red Curry Paste (this is if you want an extra kick)
 1.00 tbsp Tahini
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
 A few dashes of Cayenne Spice (if you want it hot)

Throw it all into a food processor or blender and go to town! Enjoy hot on stirfry, salmon or cold with fresh rolls, sushi or even raw veggies!
