Spicy Red Pepper Frittata

 6 Eggs
 ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 1 tbsp Fresh, finely chopped chives
 ½ cup Pecorino (or cheese of your choice)
 ¼ cup Spicy Red Pepper Relish (I love Rust Belt Pepper Company)
 Pink Salt + Pepper

Whisk all 6 eggs until well combined.

Add almond milk, seasonings and chives to the mix and mix again.

Add in cheese and Rust Belt Pepper Spicy Relish! Mix again.

Grease a small pyrex and add in egg mix. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes.
