Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza

Is there anything better than a giant cookie pizza!

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
 1 cup Runny Creamy Peanut Butter
 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (I used Bob's Red Mill) for GF you can use oat flour or almond four
 ½ cup Coconut Sugar
 2 tbsp Golden Flax meal (For some extra fiber)
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ cup chocolate chips (and nut of your choice)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all wet ingredients until well combined.

Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms. It will be sticky, but not dry!

Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

Grease a circle cake pan with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the pan and use a spatula to evenly spread on the surface.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Let cook for 15 minutes and enjoy!
