VEGAN CHOCOLATE MINI BREADS W/ CBD

 1 Stick of Vegan Butter Softened (also the same as 1/2 C)
  cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  cup Maple Syrup
 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Dutch Pressed for Baking)
 2 Full Droppers of Charlotte's Web Mint Chocolate CBD Oil
 3 tbsp Almond Milk
 1 tsp Vanilla
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 1 cup Cassava Flour (Or Almond Flour)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine wet ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a hand mixer (or use a stand mixer). Make sure butter is softened first (you can microwave on low).

Add in dry ingredients and mix well until batter is well formed.

Grease a individual brownie pan (12 units) with coconut oil spray. Evenly distribute the batter to make 12 brownies.

Generously sprinkle with dairy-free dark chocolate chips (they are amazing when they melt).

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
