Can never get sick of banana bread in my house! I love making different varieties with toppings and mix ins! These mini cinnamon walnut ones are SO tasty and so stinking cute. 10/10 would recommend buying this mini loaf pan. I got it at Target! Duh, they have it all!
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Mashed Banana
½ cup Almond Butter (Creamy, Drippy)
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Chopped Walnuts
More cinnamon and walnuts for toppings (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Add in egg, almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Add in almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine well again.

Lastly, add in chopped walnuts. Grease a mini loaf pan with coconut oil and evenly distribute batter among in the spots.

Sprinkle more walnuts and cinnamon on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
