I love my baked goods with ooey-gooey texture so I typically underbake them a little, especially when they are blondies or brownies! These are SO delish and made with great ingredients. Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients:
 1cupNut Butter - I mixed Halzenut and Almond
 1Flax Egg (1 tbsp flax meal and 2.5 tbsp of water - let sit for 5 minutes) - (you can also use a real egg if you don’t want them to be vegan)
 ¼cupMaple Syrup
 2tbspMelted Coconut Oil
 2tbspSprouted Chia & Flax Powder (I get mine from Organic Traditions) You can also sub flaxmeal if you do not have this.
 1tbspCoconut Sugar
 ⅓cupAlmond Flour
 ½tspBaking Powder
 ¼cupChocolate Chunks for Toppings (I used dairy free)
 Sea Salt for topping

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare flax egg by mixing 1 tbsp of flax meal and 2.5 tbsp water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes thicken. Add nut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Add flax egg when ready. Combine well.

Add in chia/flax powder, coconut sugar, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix well again until a thick dough is formed.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with coconut oil spray. Pour batter in the loaf pan and shake to even it out. Generously sprinkle chocolate chunks on top and add a little bit of sea salt too.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
