This past weekend I had my favorite Jeni's flavor "Salted Peanut Butter w/ Chocolate Flecks" and I thought to myself that I wanted to try to create a nice cream version. So I did! And it turned out so good! Can't wait for you guys to make this. I think you will love! Happy ice cream making.

Ingredients:
4Frozen Bananas
⅓cupAlmond Milk
2tspVanilla Extract
3tbspMaple Syrup
Sea Salt
3tbspPeanut Butter (for mixing in, you can add less or more)
½cupDairy Free Chocolate Chips
Directions:

Add frozen bananas and almond milk into a high speed blender and blend until it is smooth.

Add in sea salt, maple syrup and vanilla and blend again until those are mixed in.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into it. Pour peanut butter on top and use a spoon to mix the peanut butter well with the mixture. You want to create swirls.

Add in chocolate chips and mix again. Smooth out the mixture and place in the freezer overnight (or for 3 hours). Scoop into a bowl when ready to eat.
