Salted Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Nice Cream

This past weekend I had my favorite Jeni's flavor "Salted Peanut Butter w/ Chocolate Flecks" and I thought to myself that I wanted to try to create a nice cream version. So I did! And it turned out so good! Can't wait for you guys to make this. I think you will love! Happy ice cream making.

Directions:

1

Add frozen bananas and almond milk into a high speed blender and blend until it is smooth.

2

Add in sea salt, maple syrup and vanilla and blend again until those are mixed in.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into it. Pour peanut butter on top and use a spoon to mix the peanut butter well with the mixture. You want to create swirls.
