1Stick of Vegan Butter Softened (also the same as 1/2 C)

⅓cupMaple Syrup
1tbspCocoa Powder (Dutch Pressed for Baking)

1cupCassava Flour (Or Almond Flour)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine wet ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a hand mixer (or use a stand mixer). Make sure butter is softened first (you can microwave on low).

Add in dry ingredients and mix well until batter is well formed.

Grease a individual brownie pan (12 units) with coconut oil spray. Evenly distribute the batter to make 12 brownies.

Generously sprinkle with dairy-free dark chocolate chips (they are amazing when they melt).

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
