THE EASIEST FROSTED SUGAR COOKIE BARS EVER! For when you want a fancy looking “homemade” dessert, but need it quick with minimal effort and mess. All you need is sugar cookie dough (I used @pillsburybaking classic) and sugar cookie @hersheys kisses.
Pre heat oven to 350.
Press the dough into a greased / line pan (I used 11x6, but 8x8 works) until it becomes one large dough.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Let cool completely.
Melt half a package of sugar cookie Hershey kisses. I did 30 second increments on medium power so it did not burn. Mix in between. Takes about 90 seconds.
Poor melted sugar cookie kisses on top and spread.
Set in the freezer for 25 minutes.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
