This smoothie has been on repeat for me lately. Especially because the warm weather is here and my body is craving cold foods. I am a chocolate lover (duh), so making a chocolate berry smoothie after my morning workout that tastes like a milkshake is seriously heavenly. I love when healthy food tastes like very decadent and indulgent. I believe it makes it more accessible, exciting and delicious!
I have recently switched up my chocolate protein powder and this one is my new GO TO.
Ingredients;
1 cup Nut Milk (Unsweetened Oat or Almond are my fave)
1 cup Ice Cubes
1 Banana (frozen is best, but regular works too)
1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
½ cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tbsp Almond Butter or Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
½ tsp Cinnamon
More nut butter + Granola for Topping (Optional)
Directions:
1
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix well. Use the rod to mix well and get it all blended.
Enjoy with some granola and more nut butter drizzled on top!
