GF Classic Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is a healthy take on a classic chocolate chip muffin! These are made with greek yogurt which add a great texture and extra protein! I hope you enjoy these!

Healthy Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

 2 Eggs
 1 cup Greek Yogurt
 ¼ cup Maple Syrup
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 tbsp Flaxmeal
 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
 1 cup GF Oat Flour
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla into a large mixing bowl and combine well.

Add in coconut sugar, baking soda, and flour. Keep mixing until smooth batter forms. Add in chocolate chips and mix them in.

Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil spray and evenly distribute batter in each spot. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 20 minutes!
