Avocado lovers - I have a new homemade DIP for you! This one is super creamy, easy to make and absolutely delicious. It is perfect as both a dip and a spread. I love the texture of the avocado and black bean mix! I used Inspired Organics Black Beans and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The black beans come in a carton totally cooked and ready to serve! They are a great source of protein and fiber, which is great to have in a snack like this.

What you need for this recipe:
- A ripe avocado
- Black Beans
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Minced Garlic
- Lime Juice / Fresh Lime
- Microgreens (optional)
This recipe makes 5-6 servings so it if you are making for a big party, make sure to double the recipe.

Drain and rinse black beans in cold water. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender, add black beans, ripe avocado, minced garlic, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh lime juice. Pulse on high until well combined. It takes up to 5 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, fresh-cut vegetables and sprinkle with microgreens.
