Crispy Sweet Potato fries! A side of fries.. always! Whose with me? These are my fave HOMEADE FRIES 🍟 been making these forever. Details below.
Here is how I made these:
1 large Japanese sweet potato (enough for 2)
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425.
Wash potatoes. Cut in half on the short side then cut into 1/4 inch pieces on the long end. Then, cut those into long rectangles.
Toss with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika. I do a lot of paprika bc I love the taste, but you do you!
Line evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins. Flip and bake another 20-25.
Dip in your fave ketchup or ranch!
