Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes (GF, DF)

We are big fans of pancakes in my house! Especially when they are chocolatey! Made these protein-packed oat flour based pancakes the other day and I will absolutely be making them again. They are dense, delicious and made with simple ingredients! I love adding protein powder to recipes like this because you cannot taste it and it adds some extra nutritional punch. Cannot go wrong with that!

I used my longtime favorite Health Warrior Chocolate Superfood Protein Powder in these pancakes. The chocolate taste complimented the recipe perfectly. This powder is made up of the good stuff aka real food - chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds and more! I love this because I know I am getting a good source of protein with fiber too. Win-win!
