Fudgey Avocado Chocolate Brownies (GF)

Get ready for some really deliciously healthy brownies! No one will ever know that the secret ingredient is an avocado!
 1 Large Very Ripe Avocado
 ½ cup Pure Maple Syrup
 ½ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
 3 Organic Eggs (I use Free Range)
 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
 ¼ cup Flaxmeal (extra fiber)
 ½ cup Organic Coconut Flour
 ½ cup Dutch Pressed Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 salt
 ½ cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash ripe avocado very well. I use a potato masher on a plastic cutting mat. Make sure to get out as many chunks!

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Stand mixer, hand mixer, and blender all work fine.

Mix in dry ingredients. Make sure all the ingredients are well blended. Add in chocolate chips.

Spray a brownie tin or glass tray with coconut oil and place parchment paper on top. Fold in batter and spread with a spatula so it is even.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.

Cut and serve!
