Protein Pumpkin Oatmeal

Pumpkin Protein Oatmeal! High protein and so delicious. This warm cozy high protein pumpkin oatmeal 🧡 takes 5 minutes and makes my soul and body happy!

3/4 C Rolled Oats
1/4 C Pumpkin Puree
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 - 2 Protein Powder of choice (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Pumpkin spice
1 C Milk of Choice

Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer on medium low heat until creamy, smooth and liquid is absorbed by the oats. Takes about 5 mins.

Top with fruit, chocolate chips, honey and sea salt. Enjoy!
