Orange Sesame Ginger Salmon - if you love salmon and sesame- you will love this one! I used the Inspired Organics Orange Sesame Ginger dressing and marinade. It is absolutely delish and dairy-free too! This gave both the salmon and broccoli so much flavor. This dressing would also go well with chicken! Inspired Organics has a great line of dressings and marinades! Find out where you can purchase them near you here. I also used Inspired Organics Olive Oil for this recipe to roast the broccoli. It is such a staple in my kitchen!
Ok, let's get to it.
What you need for this recipe:
- Salmon Filet (or 2 if you are 2 people)
- Bag of Broccoli Florets or Full Head of Broccoli
- Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing - I used Inspired Organics
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I used Inspired Organics
- Sea Salt to taste
- Sesame Seeds
*You can easily double this recipe by adding an extra piece of Salmon*

Preheat oven to 400.
Add Orange Sesame Ginger dressing to a reusable zip bag (or Tupperware) with salmon. Move around so salmon gets coated in the dressing. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
*If you do not have time to get it fully marinate, that is okay. Just make sure it is coated well*
While salmon is marinating, prepare the broccoli. Line and grease a cookie sheet. Add broccoli florets evenly on the sheet. Coat with olive oil, sea salt and a light drizzle of the orange sesame ginger dressing. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the oven for 15 minutes on the middle rack.
Remove salmon from the fridge and place it in a pyrex (or baking dish). Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds. Once the 15-minute oven timer for the broccoli goes off, add the salmon to the oven. Cook both together for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove broccoli from the oven. Set oven to broil and broil salmon for an additional 1-2 minutes to get it a little crispy!
Serve together and enjoy it!
