PUMPKIN CINNAMON CREAMY COLD FOAM 🎃 she’s amazing and timely for the first of September. The perfect compliment to your ice coffee. I’m obsessed with the Starbucks fall drinks and I was determined to make an at home version that’s simple. Save to make! PS I used the @nespressousa frother I have had forever. It has a cold froth setting, but honestly any frother would work. I’m sure you can sub dairy free creamer for half and half, but I haven’t tested. Milk would work too, but to get that tea creamy texture of cold foam.. I’d recomend going with cream.
Makes enough for 2 coffees. Pair with any type of cold coffee you love. You can also make this hot!
1/2 C half and half
1/2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp cinnamon spice
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Add a tiny splash of vanilla extract if you want it to be sweeter.
Add everything to a frother and froth away! I did it on the cold setting. Pour over cold coffee with ice and enjoy!!
