Plant Based Comfort Food Dishes: Ready in 15 Minutes

Plant-Based Comfort Foods

Featuring Daiya Foods Cutting Board Shreds

The holidays are here! I personally love this time of year. Lots of fun events, get togethers and of course, good food. I am all about the cozy food during this season. Warm dishes that are good for the soul.. and for you (ish)! In keeping with my seasonal plant-based blog post, I wanted to share some E A S Y plant-based comfort food meals that you can whip up in under 15 minutes. I also love having vegan options around my table and these are some great ideas! For all these recipes, I used Daiya Foods Cutting Board Shreds. They come in three flavors: cheddar style, mozzarella style and pepperjack style. They are all completely soy free and a good source of calcium. In my opinion, they truly the best plant based cheese option. The texture is on point – it melts SO WELL. Melt factor is of course super important (see pictures below!). It also tastes delicious too. If you are dairy free or even just want to experiment with plant-based dishes, these are a great replacement for your regular shredded cheese. I hope you enjoy these recipes below and happy happy holidays to all!
