Labne Smoked Salmon Toast

Who wants to eat really really tasty food, feel fancy while doing it, and not shuffle through a long and complicated recipe to do it?... Um hi... over here... me!!!

My Labne Smoked Salmon Toast is so delicious, it tastes like an elevated meal, and is completely effortless. Its combination of the tangy, cream-cheese-like labne and savory smoked salmon is such an epic combination. I am a total fan!! Plus salt, pepper, lemon zest and arugula all on fresh sourdough toast, I actually get so excited just thinking about it- its that good! This combination is a keeper and I will 1000% be pulling it out again in the future!!

INGREDIENTS:

 slice of sourdough bread
 labne spread
 smoked salmon
 salt & pepper
 lemon zest
 arugula microgreens

DIRECTIONS:

1

Toast sourdough in as pan with melted butter. Flip back and forth until golden and warmed.

Spread on a thick layer of labne. Ribbon on pieces of smoked salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Top with microgreens. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!
