NEW! Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (GF + DF)

Yields1 Serving

 2 Mashed ripe bananas
 2 Eggs
 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted + cooled)
 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
 2 cups Oat Flour (I use Gluten Free)
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ½ DF Chocolate Chips
 GF Rolled Oats to Sprinkle on top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tray or loaf pan with coconut oil spray (set aside).

Combine wet ingredients well in a mixer.

Fold in dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) and combine well. Add in chocolate chips and mix again.

Pour batter into tray or pan. Bake! For loaf pan - bake for 40 to 50 minutes. For muffins - bake for 25 minutes.
