Peanut “Crack” Sauce

Peanut “Crack” Sauce

This peanut sauce is my absolute fave! I use it for literally everything! It can be a salad dressing, a stir-fry sauce, a marinade, or a dip! You can adjust the ingredients to make it as spicy, tarte or sweet as you wish! My friends call this the 'crack sauce'. Enjoy my loves!

Yields1 Serving

Ingredients:

 ½ cup Sesame Oil
 ¼ cup Tahini
2 Heaping spoonfuls of creamy natural peanut butter
 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
 ½ cup Hot Water
 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce (Or Tamari if you are GF)
Squeeze of raw honey (I did two squeezes, but add some more if you want it to be sweeter!)

Directions:

1

Starting with the hot water, and all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. You can add more peanut butter to thicken it up or more water to thin it out. Whatever your heart desires. Enjoy!
