Ok, these Protein Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are a serious UPGRADE for my classic chocolate chip banana bread muffins! I love my healthy treats (trust me), but these are just that much better because they have some protein in them. Not just any regular protein, really good, clean, tasty plant-based protein. Health Warrior makes my absolute fave protein powder. I love both chocolate and vanilla. I often get grossed out by protein powders because of the inherent chalky taste, but I promise this one is not like that. It is made with real food ingredients like pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds. It also is a great source of fiber (5g) AND probiotics (1 Billion CFUs) There is also no stevia or sugar alcohols either! Seriously, it crosses off all the boxes for me. That is why I use this all the time. From smoothies to baked goods!
Ok, now back to the muffins! They are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar-free. They pass the husband test and kid test! You love em, I promise! Happy baking, everyone!
