Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Smoothie

This breakfast smoothie is awesome for the transition to fall- even if it's still 80 degrees! Love the mix of pumpkin and frozen apples - it makes it both sweet and tart. I hope you enjoy!

 ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 1 Banana
  cup Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree
 2 scoops Collagen
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 ½ cup Apple, chopped and frozen
 1 tbsp Almond Butter
 Dash of cinnamon
 Ice

Add unsweetened almond milk to blender followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until well combined and to your desired thickness!

  1. YOU ARE A GENIUS! I am a big fan of smoothies (eat one almost every morning) but I never thought to add pumpkin. I left out the chia seeds and collagen, and it was still PERFECT. It seriously tastes like pumpkin pie. This is going on repeat!
