This Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie is a great fall breakfast, and especially perfect for those transition days -- when it feels like it should be fall, but it's still 80 degrees outside! I love the mix of pumpkin and frozen apples -- it makes the smoothie both sweet and tart. I hope you enjoy!
Here's what you need for this Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie:

YOU ARE A GENIUS! I am a big fan of smoothies (eat one almost every morning) but I never thought to add pumpkin. I left out the chia seeds and collagen, and it was still PERFECT. It seriously tastes like pumpkin pie. This is going on repeat!
