Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie

This Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie is a great fall breakfast, and especially perfect for those transition days -- when it feels like it should be fall, but it's still 80 degrees outside! I love the mix of pumpkin and frozen apples -- it makes the smoothie both sweet and tart. I hope you enjoy!

Here's what you need for this Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie:

Ingredients:

 ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 1 Banana
  cup Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree
 2 scoops Collagen
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 ½ cup Apple, chopped and frozen
 1 tbsp Almond Butter
 Dash of cinnamon
 Ice

Directions:

Add unsweetened almond milk to blender followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend on high until well combined and to your desired thickness!

  1. YOU ARE A GENIUS! I am a big fan of smoothies (eat one almost every morning) but I never thought to add pumpkin. I left out the chia seeds and collagen, and it was still PERFECT. It seriously tastes like pumpkin pie. This is going on repeat!
