I love spicy things! This egg frittata with Rust Belt Pepper Co Spicy Relish is tasty, delish and can seriously be eaten at any meal. You can also cut up and freeze or make the recipe in muffin cups!
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Fresh, finely chopped chives
½ cup Pecorino (or cheese of your choice)
¼ cup Spicy Red Pepper Relish (I love Rust Belt Pepper Company)
Pink Salt + Pepper
Directions:

Whisk all 6 eggs until well combined.

Add almond milk, seasonings and chives to the mix and mix again.

Add in cheese and Rust Belt Pepper Spicy Relish! Mix again.

Grease a small pyrex and add in egg mix. Bake on 400 for 20 minutes.
