Lemon Za'atar Yogurt Dip is super fresh, bright, and flavorful! It iss an absolute must-make. The zesty and tangy lemon with the herby, savory, and nutty za'atar makes it so yummy! This dip is creamy and satisfying and pairs so perfectly with a salty and crunchy chip!
The chip and dip game is a true art form, haha! And this recipe hits all the points, but especially when paired with my favorite Inspired Organics blue corn tortilla chips! These chips are perfectly salty, and crunchy and hold a solid amount of dip (bonus points!) Add yogurt, olive oil, spices, garlic, lemon juice and optional herbs to a small bowl. Mix very well until smooth! Drizzle with more olive oil, and top with spices and herbs.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container, keeps for ~3 days.
