Ingredients:
¼ cup Organic Honey
1 Egg
¼ cup Coconut Oil (melted and cooled)
⅓ cup Creamy Natural Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Coconut Sugar
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Almond Flour (make sure it is super fine and not almond meal)
Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix honey, egg, coconut oil, almond butter and vanilla in a large bowl.

Add in coconut sugar, baking soda and almond flour to the mix. Combine well. Fold in chocolate chips last.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with coconut oil spray. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop cookie dough (in ball form, leaving room in between each) onto the parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for another 15. Enjoy!

Room temp for 2 days and fridge for 4!
Can you replace almond butter with unsalted butter and coconut sugar with brown sugar?
