OMG! I recently made this sourdough burrata toast and it is a WINNER! It is was so delicious and easy. I used light and fresh ingredients to create a simple yet satisfying meal. Here's what you will need for this Burrata Toast recipe:
- Medium Saucepan
- Sourdough toast
- Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
- Ball of Burrata Cheese
- Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper

Sauté sliced grape/cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper for about 10 mins until they are completely cooked and broken up.
In the meantime, toast 2 slices of sourdough and drizzle with olive oil.
Cut a ball burrata in half and flatten on top of each piece of toast.
Add sautéed tomatoes on top of the burrata .
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil, salt and pepper! Enjoy!
