This recipe is one of my favorites! You cannot go wrong with a classic and chocolate chip cookies! You can replace the peanut butter with another nut butter of your choice if that suits you! ENJOY!
Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Add in dry ingredients to the wet until a dough forms. Add in chocolate chips and mix again.
Line a cookie sheet in parchment paper and spray with a little coconut oil. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop batter onto a cookie sheet in circles. They will flatten as they bake, so do not flatten them. This will allow them to be thick and chewy instead of crunchy.
Bake for 8 - 10 mins on 350.

I’ve been making these at least once a week and they are so good and easy!
I am so glad to hear!
