Classic Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies (GF, DF)

Yields1 Serving

 1 Egg
 ¼ cup Coconut Oil (Melted & Cooled)
 ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 1 cup Almond Flour (not meal, you want it to be fine)
 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.

You cannot go wrong with a classic and chocolate chip cookies! You can replace the peanut butter with another nut butter of your choice if that suits you! ENJOY!

Add in dry ingredients to the wet until a dough forms. Add in chocolate chips and mix again.

Line a cookie sheet in parchment paper and spray with a little coconut oil. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop batter onto a cookie sheet in circles. They will flatten as they bake, so do not flatten them. This will allow them to be thick and chewy instead of crunchy.

Bake for 8 - 10 mins on 350.
