There is truly no better combination for a summer dish than peaches and burrata! This Peach and Burrata Sourdough Toast is insanely delicious and so easy to put together. The grilled sourdough is an added touch. The mix of sweetness from the peaches and savory from the burrata is so tasty. Here is what you will need to make Grilled Sourdough Toast with Peaches and Burrata:
- 2 Slices Sourdough
- 1 Peach, Sliced
- 2-3 Basil Leaves
- 1 Large Ball of Burrata
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Salt and Pepper

Heat up a grill pan or cast iron with some olive oil on medium. When hot, add slices of sourdough to the pan. Drizzle with more olive oil.
Heat for 10 minutes, switching sides until crispy and golden. (You can also do this on a bbq).
While the sourdough is grilling, slice up a medium size peach into half moon shapes.
Remove sourdough from heat.
Cut a large ball of burrata in half and add to one half of each slice of sourdough. Use a fork to squeeze and spread burrata on the toast.
Add sliced peaches on top of the burrata.
Season with fresh basil leaves, salt, pepper, and balsamic glaze.
