10 Pumpkin Recipes for Fall!

10 Pumpkin Recipes for Fall!

The Fall baking season is in full swing, and so I just had to pull my favorite 10 Pumpkin Recipes for Fall. I’m the first person to turn to all things pumpkin! It’s such a perfect way to celebrate the season, and it’s always such a great addition. It makes oatmeal even creamier, smoothie even thicker, and baked goods so moist and satisfying! If you want to dive into using more pumpkin this year but you’re not really sure where to start, check out these 10 recipes to give it a try!

Creamy Banana Pumpkin Oatmeal!

Pumpkin puree and warming spices add a seasonal touch to the classic that is a creamy oatmeal bowl for breakfast! I love to make this on the stove, because it always comes out the creamiest and most delicious. Arguably the best part about oatmeal is topping it — add berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, or, like me, peanut butter and chocolate chips!

Pumpkin Peanut Butter Brownies!

If you haven’t added pumpkin puree to your brownies before, here’s your sign that you’ve got to try it. The texture of these babies is UNREAL! And am I the only one totally hypnotized by the peanut butter swirl on top? Absolutely one of my new favorite combos. Make sure to dust these with some flaky sea salt when they’re done, and I promise they’ll blow your mind.

Gigantic Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie! (Vegan)

You know how skillet cookies have that irresistible ooey gooey center? When you add pumpkin puree, that cookie dough-like middle just reaches a whole new level. It’s an easy and fun dessert to bake for a picnic or dinner party, but it also perfectly pairs with a couple scoops of ice cream and your favorite PJs. Dig straight into the middle with your spoon, no one’s watching!

Pumpkin Honey Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread!

I’ve always loved to experiment and come up with new banana bread flavors, and one of the best was my Honey Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread. This is an absolutely delicious fall take on that classic, with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin spice flavored almond milk adding all those yummy warm flavors! Don’t worry, you can definitely make this with whatever milk you have on hand.

Apple Spice Pumpkin Muffins!

Apple might be the only other fall produce that’s just as much of a baking powerhouse as pumpkin, and when you put them together, they’re unstoppable! I love these muffins, because they’re super easy and a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert. Easy to meal prep, and great to have on hand for busy fall mornings when school and work might be ramping up!

Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Bread!

A favorite, classic banana bread with just the extra touch of pumpkin! There’s nothing quite as comforting as your favorite banana bread recipe, and I’m sure this’ll become one of yours. It’s so simple, so easy, and the pumpkin puree is the perfect way to ramp this up for fall. It’s naturally vegan, and can be made gluten free!

Creamy Pumpkin Pasta Sauce!

Don’t be fooled, pumpkin can totally go savory! Once you try it in this thick and creamy pasta sauce, you’ll be dying to add it all over the place. (Try it in your curries!) It’s really the ultimate comfort food — cheesy, cozy, delicious. This one’s got ALL the butter and cheese, because sometimes that’s just exactly what you need. Toss it with some veggies, or serve with scallops or shrimp to make a full meal!

White Chocolate Funfetti Pumpkin Birthday Cake!

This one is just so fun, with the rainbow sprinkles and the white chocolate chips. I feel like white chocolate chips make everything taste like birthday cake, so I love this to mark a special occasion (even if that special occasion is just that it’s Friday night)! You could definitely go the extra step and layer them with icing, or even make them into cupcakes!

Apple Pumpkin Spice Cake!

Drowning in apples from your adventures in the orchards? This cake is totally your answer. It’s a delicious dessert if you sprinkle it with some sugar and drizzle it with honey, but it’s also a great breakfast or afternoon snack. This recipe is gluten free and dairy free, and it could be made vegan, too!

Pumpkin Honeycrisp Smoothie!

Fall can be tricky sometimes, with some mornings cool and crisp and others still imitating summer. That’s why I love this smoothie! On those last few days where you still need something cool and refreshing for breakfast, this smoothie totally saves the day. The combination of pumpkin and apples makes this smoothie sweet and tart, a perfect balance.
