15 Munchable Muffin Recipes!

15 Munchable Muffin Recipes!

I am the first to say that I LOVE a good muffin! They’re always so yummy, so satisfying, and you can depend on them any time of day. Breakfast? A muffin’s got you covered. Afternoon snack? Go for a muffin. Need something with your coffee or tea? Muffin. Something sweet for a night cap? Again, muffin. Not only are they great to have on hand, but they keep well on the counter for a few days, they freeze well, and the flavor combinations are ENDLESS. I pulled together my 15 favorite muffin recipes from the site so you can always have one at your fingertips!

Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins (Vegan)!

Pumpkin and chocolate is a completely underrated combo in my opinion, and I think these muffins just prove they belong together. These delicious bites of chocolatey goodness are also completely vegan thanks to some plant-based staples like flax eggs and almond milk, but have the best texture, all thanks to that pumpkin puree!

Strawberry Shortcake Banana Muffins (Gluten Free)!

I love a good strawberry shortcake (it’s such a classic!), and these muffins bring the most irresistible summer vibe all year round. The baked strawberries get all sweet and caramelized, and the coconut sugar sprinkled on top adds the perfect crunch. These are just as simple as your favorite banana bread recipe, and a must try!

Apple Spice Pumpkin Muffins (Gluten Free)!

I know when fall rolls around everyone’s asking, “Are you a pumpkin person, or an apple person?” Why not be both? These muffins pull together the two BEST fall baking staples, and they don’t disappoint! An awesome option for meal prep or a fun weekend baking project, these babies are cinnamon spice and everything nice.

Blueberry Oatmeal Banana Muffins (Vegan)!

A classic oatmeal breakfast combo made into a muffin, what could be better? Blueberries are awesome in muffins, because they get all gooey and juicy in the oven and turn into these little flavor bombs. I love these guys for breakfast, and they’re also vegan! Still some of the fluffiest and most delicious muffins!

Double Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Do you see those little pools of chocolate from the melty chocolate chips? I feel like that’s all the argument you need to head to your kitchen and make these! These muffins lean on plain whole milk yogurt, really making sure they get that texture spot on, and you can get your probiotics in, too!

ABC Banana Muffins (Almond Butter & Chocolate)!

ABC, easy as almond butter, chocolate, and banana! These muffins are by far one of the most popular muffin recipes on the blog, and they are so easy to make! Delicious, chocolatey, moist, satisfying, what else could you ask for? I also love these babies because they’re so versatile. Out of almond butter? No worries, swap in whatever nut butter you have on hand, just make a batch of these!

Greek Yogurt Raspberry Lemon Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Looking for something on the fruitier side? I think you’ve found it. Raspberry and lemon are a match made in heaven, and by using Greek yogurt in this recipe, too, these muffins are still super satisfying. They’ve got the texture, the chewiness, and the yogurt even adds a little extra protein! If you need a light pick me up, these muffins are here for you.

Coffee Cake Banana Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Sometimes, I just can’t decide if I love banana bread or coffee more, so I threw them both together in these muffins. I can’t tell you how glad I am that I did! If you’ve never given your banana bread a little coffee love before, this is your sign to get out there and do it. The sweetness of the bananas, the rich flavor of the coffee, it all just goes together so well!

Peanut Butter White Chocolate Banana Muffins!

I don’t always see white chocolate getting a lot of love, so I decided to throw it into this version of my favorite classic banana muffin recipe! Paired with peanut butter, the flavor in these babies is just out of this world. Made with almond flour, these guys are gluten free, too!

Pumpkin Tahini Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Don’t let the photos fool you! Even though I made these in mini brownie tins, these are absolutely muffin material. They’ve already got texture in the bag with the pumpkin, but tahini is really the star here. A creamy paste made from sesame seeds, it’s a great way to add the creaminess and density of a nut butter while keeping your baking nut free!

Classic Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Sometimes, the only thing you’re looking for is a real classic. No crazy flavors, nothing mixed in except those gooey and delicious chocolate chips. These muffins will totally satisfy those cravings, with just the slightest healthier twist. Made with Greek yogurt, they’ve got an awesome texture, and a little extra kick of protein!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Nothing beats a classic peanut butter and jelly combo, and these muffins are no exception. They’re so nostalgic for me, and definitely one of my favorite breakfasts or snacks. The key to these is absolutely adding a little extra dollop of peanut butter on top when you eat them!

Chocolate Chia Banana Muffins (Gluten Free)!

Easy, rich, and delicious, I love these chocolatey muffins. Almond flour as the base makes these babies gluten free, and throwing some chia seeds in there bumps up the nutrition factor! To make these even more decadent, add some extra chocolate chunks on top right before tossing them in the oven, and eat with an extra shmear of your favorite nut butter.

Pumpkin Pecan Muffins (Vegan & Gluten Free)!

Just like pumpkin is kind of like fall’s mascot, if I had to pick one nut for the season it would definitely be pecans. They scream “holidays” to me, and that’s exactly what I start thinking about when the weather starts getting cooler. These muffins have all the best fall staples, they’re super delicious, and they’re not overly sweet!

OG Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins!

Some of you might be thinking, “Why is such an irreplaceable classic coming in at the bottom of this list?” Sometimes, you just gotta save the best for last. These are a true classic, a delicious banana bread base studded with chocolate chips and baked into muffins. We all get that craving, and these will definitely satisfy it!
